Praises

God's been challening me lately to praise Him and to choose joy no matter what. No matter how I feel. No matter how much sleep I got. No matter what circumstances surround me. No matter who I miss. So, here are some incredible things I'm finding myself praising Him for so far this week. Thought I'd share :)

• Amazing conversations with my language teacher about Jesus being the only Way
• Incredible clouds in the sky every day
• Stars--we have actually been able to see them as of late!
• Fun lunches and other hang outs with many of my students
• An hour long run tonight by myself
• A new bike--all my own! With 7 speeds!!
• A phone that actually works
• English classes filled with laughter
• Feeling at home
• A student who wants to study the Word with me
• Many students inviting me to hang out with them rather than it always being the other way around
• The only boba place in town finally cooks the boba all the way and mixes it with real juice! It was a slow process, but we've finally reached perfection :)
• My cup of chai every morning with Jesus
• Quality time with my supervisor and his wife
• A risen Redeemer and Friend
• The power of the gospel
• Wonderful friends here, in CA, in Thailand, and in many other countries :)

God is good! He is worthy of our praise, when we have days like those listed above when it's easy to praise Him or when we have days that aren't so easy to praise Him.
